This 3 bedroom house is in a fantastic private location yet only a few steps away from the new tow centre featuring surf club, restaurants, shops and cafes.

Inside you'll find 3 double beds, 1 single bed and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a new double bed with deluxe posturepedic mattress. The fully featured kitchen has a brand new fridge and microwave. In the large air conditioned living room there's comfy couches and a large television with new DVD player and new digital set top box. The dining setting is adjacent to the kitchen.

The house has a huge undercover deck with an outdoor setting and new Barbecue.
