Holiday house

Nestled in the back of the sand dunes at Port Noarlunga and only 150 metres to the beautiful sandy beach this quality Home is set on a large block surrounded by native trees and shrubs offers premium accomodation with a serene "holiday" atmosphere and ample offstreet parking.

The Home is only seven years old with ensuite to master bedroom and a double garage underneath.There are lovely views from the living areas and master bedroom overlooking the Onkaparinga hills. Access to the home is via stairways internally and externally with child gates on both.
Tastefully decorated with open living areas ideal for entertaining, this home boasts a fully equiped Blackwood kitchen with modern gas appliances, dishwasher, 520 litre fridge, ducted reverse cycle airconditioning, gas log fire,large couch with chaise, billiard table, large screen tv with surround sound system, blu-ray dvd player and a monitored alarm.
The laundry is fully equipped with a 10kg washer/dryer to make short work of all those beach towels and there is a lovely protected rear entertaining area with gas Barbeque and dart board.

Things to do

Just relax on the large balcony overlooking the Onkaparinga hills or maybe have a game of billards.
If you would like a bottle of wine to go with that, the famous Mclaren vale wine district is only a 10 minute drive away with numerous wineries offering tastings
and light meals.
Maybe walk down to the giant playground with the kids, allow a bit of time because they will not want to leave!

If shopping takes your fancy, there are some boutique shops within walking distance or Collonades shopping centre with all the major stores is a few minutes away by car

For the more adventurous there are walking trails through the sand dunes and canoeing or fishing in the Onkaparinga river at the end of the street.

Maybe just a swim at the beach, or you could go scuba diving or snorkelling on the famous Pt Noarlunga reef which is accessed by the well maintained jetty and only 250 metres from your front door

There is also surfing or body boarding at the nearby Southport surf beach.
Both beaches are lifesaver patrolled over the summer months so you can feel comfortable that the kids and you are safe. Canoes, scuba gear, surfboards & body boards can all be hired within 150 metres of your front door. After you have done all this you might need to relax and have a meal prepared for you at the Hotel or one of the 6 restaurants with alfresco dining that are all within 200 metres of your doorstep.
The local bakery (80 metres away) is hard to beat for a coffee and cake as well! By now you may need to retire to the couch and watch a movie or book in for a massage accross the road so that you can do it all again tomorrow!
