it's late morning and you awake to the smell of the ocean. As you sit out on the second storey balcony to enjoy a morning coffee you breathe in the fresh air and wonder what the day may bring. Perhaps the day will include a refreshing stroll along the water's edge, before indulging in a delicious lunch at one of the local cafes or you might find yourself admiring the picturesque views as the sun sets from your private balcony whilst sipping a fine wine from the nearby wine district.

Beach Holiday House offers brand new two storey accommodation with 3 bedrooms, two queen sized beds, two single beds with all quality linen supplied. Two bathrooms (one with spa bath). It also offers a large well-appointed kitchen with new modern appliances.

Our Holiday House also has split system reverse cycle air conditioning, balcony to enjoy the picturesque views of the Port Noarlunga reef and Jetty.
It is fully fenced and secure for the little ones.

Our living areas provide relaxation with TV, DVD and VCR.
