Only a short level walk to the CBD (approx 300 metres), Marina (approx 500 metres), Settlement City shopping centre (approx 700 metres). Close to many restaurants and cafes and the cinema.
All four of our units are fully self contained with two bedrooms, newly renovated bathrooms, modern furnishings and great views of the Hastings river.
There is a shared laundry with washing machine and dryer. Outside, there is a pleasant outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and tables and chairs for the use of all guests.
Cars are accommodated in one of the three garages or the off-street car space on the property.

LocalityThere are many partrolled beaches in Port Macquarie and the Hastings River offers a variety of water activities such as jet ski hire, BBQ boats, game fishing trips, Port Venture and small boat hire.
Port Macquarie is situated on the mid-north coast of New South Wales and has one of the most ideal climates in Australia, making 'Port', as it is known to locals, the perfect holiday destination at any time of year. Port Macquarie is an area of stunning natural beauty with a colonial history and all the amenities of a thriving resort town of around 45,000 people.
Established in 1821 as a penal settlement for convicts, the penal outpost closed by the late 1820's, and the area was opened up to pioneering settlers who earned their livelihoods from timber getting and milling, dairying and farming. The large number of shipwrecks in the Hastings River and the river bar bear testament to the high volume of trade from the region. Rooms
Units 1 and 4 are on the first floor and sleep six people, with a double bed in the main bedroom and two sets of bunks in the second bedroom. Units 2 and 3 are on the ground floor and sleep five people, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed in the main bedroom. The second bedroom in both units has a set of bunks and one single bed.
All bunks are large and provide a lot of headroom in the bottom bunk, making them suitable for adults as well as children.
Sheets, pillow cases, towels and bathmats are BYO, however can be provided for a fee of $12 per bed. All other bedding including doonas, blankets, pillows are provided. Tea towels are also provided.
Portacot's are available on request.
