Nothing has been overlooked in this delightful apartment. Décor is fresh, bright and contemporary with all the modern comforts.
The view of Boston Bay from the apartment is magnificent. Great place to unwind at the end of the day.
Within walking distance of the City Centre makes this the perfect location.

Locality

The apartment is located on the seaside of Lincoln Highway within the Spalding Lodge Complex and is an easy stroll to cafes, hotels and shops.
Undercover parking is available in No: 11 parking space ¡V the first car park space on the left as you drive in.
As you enter the driveway the apartment is located at the top right hand end of the complex. Walk up the easy access 8 steps in front of you as you drive in and Unit 11 is the top right hand side apartment.
