You are within easy distance of shopping centre, food outlets, the stunning beach at Long Point and don't forget The Golf Club Kennedy Bay for dad.

The main bedroom contains a queen bed and walk in robe, bedroom two comes with a queen bed and bedrooms three and four a set of bunk beds with built in robes.

All have storage space available, the main bathroom is centrally located to the minor rooms and is close to the laundry with washing facilities and separate WC.

The large open plan kitchen, meals and family room overlooks the rear garden with paved patio area and is a perfect place to entertain family and friends.

A separate formal lounge is to be found off the foyer and with the stereo playing your favorite tune you can escape the hustle and bustle of the rest of the house.
