This spacious property is situated in a quite cul-de-sac on the edge of Port Hughes. A short 5 minute walk to the beach. Fully fenced and ideal for young children. Would suit families and couples alike. A 10 minute walk to tavern and shop.

*4 bedrooms - queen with ensuite, queen, trio bunk, 2 x single with trundle (sleep 10).
*Quilts and pillows provided (BYO linen)
*2 bathrooms, 3 toilets
*RC ducted air conditioning
*Two lounge aresa, both wtih TV, DVD and video
*CD player with radio
*Dining area under shady veranda comnplete with dinind area, BBQ and webber (BYO Beads)
*Well equipped kitchen - electric stove, microwave and 2 large fridgefreezers
*Washing machine and dryer
*Secure yard with lots of lawn - ideal for young children (Sorry, no pets)
*A short walk to tavern, beach and shop
*Excellent off street boat parking with fish cleaning facility in shed
