Holiday house

Pt. Hughes is a seaside town only 2 hours drive from Adelaide. The jetty, beach, tavern and general store is a 5 minute walk and the boatramp is a 2 minute drive. Great fishing with your own boat, or there are many fishing charters available or catch your own tea from the jetty. The white sandy beaches provide safe swimming or snorkling, you can also enjoy long walks and watch the sunset.The general store has all your basic supplies, take away food, post office, bait, ice etc. There is a tavern next door that provides fantastic views whilst serving great food and beverages. The nearby town of Moonta offers hotels, crafts, antiques, restaurants, service station and shopping. Explore the Moonta Mines, or take a drive to nearby Kadina or Wallaroo. Maybe you would prefer to just relax and enjoy the comforts of what the cottage provides.

CaptainsCottage is situated 1.5 hours North of Adelaide on the Copper Coast which is on the western side of the Yorke Peninsula.

Property

Captain's Cottage-2 bedroom quaint cottage. Main bedroom has queen size 4 poster bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, Sofa bed in Loungeroom. Blankets and pillows supplied but you will need to bring own linen, towels etc. Open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Colour T.V. video and DVD player, and a stereo. Combined shower toilet and laundry with a twin tub washing machine. Pergola area and gas barbeque.

This cottage is set amongst tranquil gardens so it is very private if you wish to get away from everything with a good book and bottle of red.

Great for fishing trips or large group of people who enjoy holidaying together by combining the Navigator's and Seafarer's cottages with the Captain's cottage, which can accomodate up to 22 people.
All 3 cottages are on the one property.

Our standard off peak rate is $120 per night (6 people) for the period of May through to September & $60 cleaning plus a $16 booking fee.
Peak Rate is up to $150 per night (6 people) & $60 cleaning plus a $16 booking fee.
Peak times are long weekends, Easter, Kernewek Lowender & Paskerville Field days.
3 night minimum for long weekends.
4 night minimum for Easter.
