Beach

This property is beachfront, Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach,
Less than 5 minutes drive to the beach, Beach views

We own to the mean high water mark so some of the sand on the beach is privately owned for the use of our guests

Located on 10 acres of absolute beachfront land WYTONIA is an Architect designed complex of two selfcontained ground floor studio apartments and one selfcontained first floor "penthouse" suite all offering understated style and magnificent views of the Southern Ocean, Bays, Lagoons and Beach.

Spectacular as it is, the location is within easy walking distance of Port Fairy's main attractions and is ideal for communing with nature.

WYTONIA is an ideal place to use as a base to explore the region.Within half hours drive we have;

-Mount Eccles National Park,

-Tower Hill State Game Reserve,

-Flagstaff Hill Maritime Museum,

-Griffith Island Shearwater Colony.

Further afield is Cape Bridgewater,Australian Fur Seals,Great Southwest Walk,Petrified Forest and the Southern end of the Grampians all offering unique experiences.

In addition,Port Fairy has a wealth of historic buildings (an Historic Walks Map is available from the Visitor Information Centre),an acclaimed golf course, boat trips around our bay and is home to the oldest self-righting lifeboat in the world.

Best of all, you can enjoy the sheer bliss of doing absolutely nothing!
