Located on 10 acres of absolute beachfront land WYTONIA is an Architect designed complex of two selfcontained ground floor studio apartments and one selfcontained first floor "penthouse" suite all offering understated style with magnificent views of the Southern Ocean, Bays, Lagoons and Beach.

In addition, Port Fairy has a wealth of historic buildings (an Historic Walks Map is available from the Visitor Information Centre), an acclaimed golf course, boat trips around our bay and is home to the oldest self-righting lifeboat in the world.

Best of all, you can enjoy the sheer bliss of doing absolutely nothing!

The property consists of 10 acres of land with the Southern boundary being the mighty Southern Ocean.
WYTONIA is ideal for someone wishing to get away from it all, to recharge the batteries and have a peaceful break.
Go for a swim,examine the rockpools, stroll on the beach or sit on your own deck and read that book you planned to read--the choice is yours!

Normal rates are $175 per night studio only with a one night minimum stay except from 20/12/11 to 31/01/12 (the Christmas New Year period) when a two night minimum stay applies.Long weekends,such as the Port Fairy Folk Festival Labour Day weekend (11/03/11 to 14/03/11), may have minimum stays and/or attract a surcharge.Currently the surcharge is $AUD30.
