Fully self contained, this house has been meticously restored and is set in the heart of Historic Koroit. Park the car and literally walk to shops, cafes and everything this Irish town offers. Close to Tower Hill State Reserve (extinct volcano) and less than 10 minutes to Port Fairy, Warrnambool and the renowned & safe Killarney Beach. There is even an old Police radio (which still works!!!) for you to listen to the boys in blue. There is a great large plasma T.V. and sound system. All rooms have been furnished with antiques, and olden day collectables. You will find so much character in this house including ornate ceiling roses & vents and original solid slate mantlepieces in all rooms. The Garden features some wonderful old antique horse drawn farming implements. This cottage is very enchanting, and will not disappoint the fussiest guest!
