This former historic shop has undergone a full restoration, and is now available for holiday or medium term accommodation. Features historic railway items and period furniture throughout, and even has an old working valve radio which picks up the Warrnambool Railways to listen in on! Surprisingly spacious, the townhouse now features a large lounge with reverse cycle heating, solid jarrah kitchen, master bedroom with BIR, and dining room with french doors leading to the rear private courtyard. There is loads of character throughout, such as polished baltic pine lining boards, Art Noveau fretwork, ceiling roses and old time colour schemes. Off street parking available, and walk to all facilities! Ideal for couples, but will accommodate up to four people.
Great cooked Breakfast facilities available literally across the road, or cook your own in the fully appointed kitchen
