Holiday house

This comfortable,refurbished, spacious home will provide a relaxing family retreat year round. In addition to the well appointed, open plan, living, kitchen & dining area, it has 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 9 people.
Enjoy swimming, exploring the rock pools, beach walks and surfing. Or just enjoy the view from the comfort of the living room, by the log fire, in the colder months.
This home is excellent for one or two families providing an enclosed courtyard as well an enclosed back yard with space for the kids to play. There is also a separate BBQ area.
Also secure outdoor areas available for your pet. Conditions Apply

The home is situated a few minutes walk from the safe swimming beach "Pea Soup" and directly in front of the renowned surf break "Oigles".
It is 10 minutes walk from the main street of Port Fairy and the many cafes and restaurants as well as exclusive boutiques.
Port Fairy is a lovely historic town, suitable for a break at any time of the year. There is much to enjoy.

The home is well appointed. it has recently been fully redecorated with all new furnishings providing an excellent level of comfort for your family.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday requirements.
The outdoor spaces are safe for young children. We can provide a highchair and portable cot on request.
The beachfront locale of the property provides an unbeatable view.
