Luxury bedsitting room with ensuite spa bathroom and continental breakfast basket.

Absolute beach frontage with magical, spectacular sea views.Peace and quiet, perfect for adult retreat, divers, fishing, beach walks, or just sit on the couch or in bed and watch the ever changing sea.

Also available is our two bedroom apartment, See separate site. This does not include breakfast.

Locality

Although situated on 25 acres, so very quiet and private, this property is still within walking distance of the town. There will be many times when you will have this entire beach to yourself.

The views are the most breathtaking in Port Fairy, and both the apartment and the B&B room are luxurious,comfortable and very private.
