Cottage

40 Regent is centrally located to all the delights of Port Fairy! The two bedrooms accommodate four people,a cosy gas log fire to relax beside,a sunny garden complete with outdoor eating area,a well-equipped kitchen...a perfect getaway!

Locality

40 Regent is centrally located on Regent Street. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and river and behind the cottage is a delightful lake area abundant with bird life. The surrounding streets offer artist's galleries, fine dining restaurants,and antique shops. Port Fairy is the host to world reknown music festivals and the Irish heritage is obvious as you wander past the charming cottages that line the streets of this enchanting village.

40 Regent has timeless style,good position, a great atmosphere ~ guests choose to return to "40" whenever they visit this charming village. The sunny garden has off street parking and once here, you can walk everywhere! The cottage has a wonderful kitchen for cooking your own meals as well as a bbq for outdoor entertaining. Guests can pamper themselves in a hot bubble bath and then relax in front of the gas log fire ~ a perfect getaway!
