Two intimate suites for 2, each with a private entrance from The Strand.

Our suites feature high ceilings, solid walls, polished timber floors and heritage details and offers you very quiet, comfortable and romantic accommodation.

'The Lady Hamilton Suite'

Suite details : A queen bedroom, kitchenette with views to the garden and patio, modern bathroom and lounge with a combustion heater, split system airconditioner, wide screen digital TV, DVD, CD player (with Ipod dock), a selection of DVD's and magazines.

The suite is suitable for short weekend breaks through to weekly stays all year around.

'The Strand Suite'

Suite details : A queen bedroom with modern ensuite bathroom and split system airconditioner, lounge with wide screen digital TV, DVD, CD player (with Ipod dock), a selection of DVD's and magazines.

The suite is suitable for overnight and short stays.

Please note that 'The Strand Suite' does not include cooking facilities.

What is included in your stay?

Crisp white linens, big soft towels, bathrobes and generous continental breakfast provisions are included in our rates. Full breakfast provisions are provided by request in 'The Lady Hamilton Suite'.

A port decanter, complimentary chocolates and a selection of DVD's will help you to relax and recharge.

Be authentic! Trafalgar House is an historic bluestone mansion built in 1890 as a guesthouse, and is an important and enduring part of Port Elliots history.

Heritage Trail

Port Elliot has a rich maritime history, and Trafalgar on The Strand, built 1890, is listed on the local heritage list and is located in the heart of the heritage precinct. Maps of the Port Elliot heritage walk are provided in both suites.

Whale Watching

There is a combustion heater in The Lady Hamilton Suite and firewood is supplied in the cooler months, Reverse cycle airconditioning and electric blankets are provided in both suites, plus throw rugs for you to snuggle on the couch!
