This historic bluestone house easily accommodates up to 14 people over 7 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in cosy home away from home comfort.Located in the centre of Port Elliot,beaches,coastal path,bike track and restaurants and cafes are all just a gentle walk.
Chef`s kitchen (900mm 5 ring gas oven,fridge ,freezer,microwave,dish washer,coffee machine, blender, sandwich toaster and lots more),library with piano,bar area, dinning/lounge room, covered pergola area with gas BBQ and a Weber, herb and veggie garden with fruit tree's. Pick your own organic produce and taste tomato's and nectarines like they should taste (seasonally dependent).These are just a few of the numerous features.

Locality

Hidden in the heart of the beatiful Port Elliot which is the jewel of the Fleurieu Peninsula, 6 kms from Victor Harbor and 15 kms from Goolwa and the start of the Coorong. Horseshoe Bay and the South coast beach's all at your door step.Stroll to the cafes and resturants, stop of to catch the Cockle Train, or visit some of the other historical sites.
Wineries,Golf courses, boating and all the other activities that the Fleurieu has to offer just a short drive.

There is a fully fenced yard and a enclosed verandah for pets beds. They are NOT allowed in the bedrooms and ask that they sleep outside at night.
