Holiday house

"Sea Escape" is No.4 Lady Emma Court (located at the eastern end of Ocean Rd Pt. Elliot) In one minute you can enjoy fantastic surf and boogie boading, or walk along one of the most beautiful S.A. beaches. It is a five minute drive to the beautiful McCracken Golf Club and only ten or fifteen minutes to the magnificent Victor and South Lakes courses.

Upstairs the house comprises a spacious lounge and dining area with TV, DVD and CD players, reverse cycle air conditioning , a master bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and pantry fully equipped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, sandwich maker, milkshake maker, coffee bodem, kettle & all cookware, crockery, glassware & cutlery.

There is a spacious deck on 2 sides of the house (with an outdoor table, chairs and gas BBQ) which take in fantastic panoramic sea and rural views. There are also views across to Granite Island and Victor Harbor. The lights are stunning at night!

Downstairs there is a second queen size bedroom and 2 more bedrooms with 2 bunks in each (sleeping 8 more people),a second bathroom/laundry and a retreat/playroom with a second TV and DVD player, books and games for your enjoyment
