Great family home situated m from popular Boomer Beach. Enjoy the scenery as your ride along the Encounter bikeway. Open plan living dining & kitchen with RC air conditioning, TV & DVD. Kitchen is fully self contained with microwave. Assorted games and books for use. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Bathroom with bath and shower. Separate toilet. Laundry with washer. Large entertaining area with outdoor setting and BBQ. Large front balcony to sit back and relax on and take in the rural views. The yard is fully fenced and pets are welcome.
