A newly renovated 3 bedroom holiday home in Port Elliot.
Great views of Encounter bay and Granite island. To the rear views of inman valley.
A 5 minute walk to Boomer Beach and local markets.
10 Minute walk to main street.
2 bathrooms, main with a spa.
2 queens and 2 singles all linen included.
2 TVs, DVDs, New kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, BBQ, out door furnture, and enough back yard to work on the tan or a game of cricket.
The property owned and operated by Beach Huts Middleton giving free use of the tennis court at Beach Huts.
