Holiday house

Beautifully renovated railway cottage, one street from the beach. Fully fenced with well maintained lawn and outdoor decking. Quiet no through street,one minute walk to the Strand, shops and cafes. Walk out the back gate to the tennis courts, beach and reserve. Sleeps 8 adults, ideal for 1-2 families or entertaining your friends. Large open plan extension at the back with brand new modern kitchen with all facilities.Polished concrete floors with tv/dvd/playstation in beautifully furnished living area. Outdoor entertaining deck with private fully fenced lawned garden ideal for children and teens. Second living area which can be used as fourth bedroom. Overhead fans in bedrooms. Laundry with washing machine.

This is the most amazing cottage/beach house I have stayed in. It is quiet yet close to all facilities including beach, tennis courts, reserve with lake and playground and shops. Beautifully renovated and brilliant location Alison and Fintan
