Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.

Downstairs is the large open plan living area with gourmet kitchen, separate dining area and the lounge room with a full wall of bi-fold doors opening onto a private covered courtyard for outside dining and bbqs, and lush private gardens with your own 6 person spa.

A full laundry and lock up garage complete your holiday paradise.

The Villa Port Douglas comes fully furnished with quality furniture, fittings and fixtures throughout. These include a 108cm (42") plasma TV, 3 x 51cm TVs (one in each bedroom), a DVD recorder / player, a VCR and a stereo sound system and radio. Austar (pay TV) is installed and available to most bedrooms (not available in bedroom 3).

The gourmet kitchen is well provisioned with a cappuccino machine, juice extractor, blender for those exotic cocktails and plenty of quality cooking utensils, china, glassware and serving ware to allow you to whip up a tropical feast.

Reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans allow you to separately control the temperature in the living rooms and each bedroom.

Complimentary tea and coffee packs are provided as well as a fruit bowl overflowing with local tropical fruit. A bottle of sparkling wine completes the welcome pack.

This is the most awesome villa, from our arrival to our departure it felt like we were in heaven! Christine has not only thought of everything you are ever likely to need, she genuinely cared about the quality of our holiday and did EVERYTHING (and more!) that she could to make it an outstanding holiday for us. We had the best time, and are hoping to be back very soon.

Property

Set in beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, with a large 20m pool, tennis court, a practice putting green and a bbq / entertaining pavilion, which also includes a separate plunge pool.

The property is fully fenced with remote controlled security gates. There is an intercom system to provide access for guests. The Villa has a lockup (one car) garage with remote control door and an additional parking bay for a second car. It also has a fully monitored alarm system.

With only 12 other privately owned villas set in over 2 1/2 acres of tropical gardens, The Villa really is very private and peaceful. Most owners live interstate or overseas and don't holiday rent so often there are very few people to share the large pool, tennis court and fantastic gardens with. Sometimes, its all yours.
