4. Formal living and dining table for 8. Grown-ups need an Oasis also.
5. Family room with open plan to gourmet kitchen and café meals table and complete media set-up.
6. Gourmet kitchen with all exclusions (we love to cook too).
7. Washer and Dryer laundry facilities. Outside cloths line and laundry sink also available.
8. Fully air-conditioned. Seperate units for each room and bedrooms. Everyone can set their own comfort level.
9. Covered outdoor lanai with table for 8, double ceiling fans and BBQ facilities. We like eating outdoors also.
10. Gas Webber BBQ and a charcoal Webber BBQ. We know everyone has their secret BBQ needs.
11. Double car garage for safe parking and unloading free from sun or rain.
12. 42" plasma TV, DVD, Sony surround sound stereo and cable television.

Why Orchid Hill?

Orchid Hill is not an investment holiday home. It is our holiday home which we rent when we are not there. We have worked hard on trying to create a resort style holiday property with personality, warmth and comfort.

We have often found most holiday homes to lack these things. To be cold and somewhat empty. Bland comes to mind.

Have we over done it? Probably. But we wouldn't want to live on our holidays any differently. Why should you?

The attention to detail this Interior Designer owner has put into the home is evident in the photos available. We've tried to show it all.

Space, luxury, attention to detail and character; words often over used, but I feel warranted in this instance. And as much luxury as would be expected.

Whether its a cooks kitchen fitted out by a cook or the hooks on the columns by the pool (we also dislike towels flung everywhere). We've tried to create a space adults and kids will like to retreat too after shopping, the beach, a trip on the reef or even if you've never left the house. We do the latter mostly.
