Holiday house

"Beachside" is a large holiday house just a one minute walk from world famous Four Mile Beach.

Also close by are 2 championship golf courses, various casual and fine dining restaurants, "The Habitat" wildlife sanctuary and two local shopping complexes.

The superior level of furnishings, fittings and fixtures and generous personal space ensures "Beachside" is fully set up for your total comfort and enjoyment for an extended stay, for a week, or a month or more. Your perfect Port Douglas holiday home.

The main residence has 3 bedrooms, one with its own private en-suite bathroom and a second bathroom (with separate toilet).

It also has a gourmet kitchen and a large indoor lounge, dining and entertaining area overlooking the under-cover swimming pool.

The lounge opens onto a cool covered patio with gas and Weber BBQs, a separate dining / entertaining area and a fantastic setting amongst lawns and lush tropical and native gardens.

The separate self contained pavilion has a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, toilet, laundry and sleeps up to 6 (depending on configuration).

All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

"Beachside" comes fully furnished with quality furniture, fittings and fixtures throughout. Austar (pay TV) is installed as is wireless (or wired) broadband internet for your convenience (to connect your laptop, there is no PC on-site).

Quality bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

The gourmet kitchen includes a large 2-door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a second drinks fridge, a dishwasher and all appliances, cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is even a coffee machine ready to serve a great brew 24 hours a day.

"Beachside" is also "baby-friendly" with a port-a-cot and high chair available for guest use.

With all the creature comforts - Beachside has everything you need, plus personal touches such as childrens games, DVD's and a cricket set. Very well thought out. Our extended family had a fabulous time and the kids LIVED in the pool.

Located on 1100 sq metre block and offering private indoor and outdoor living areas, “Beachside” has ample space, unparalleled peace and privacy. It’s a very comfortable environment for larger families or groups of friends to enjoy beachside tropical living.

The extensive tropical grounds are very private and include an undercover swimming pool.

Ample parking is provided via a lockup garage and two additional parking bays.

Location

Just a 1 minute walk from Four Mile Beach.

A 7 minute walk along the beach takes you to The Beach Shack restaurant. A great family lunch or dinner venue.
