Master bedroom with Queen bed with french doors that open up to a lovely balcony that overlooks the front garden. Second bedroom has single king bed and trundle underneath. Third bedroom has a single bed.
Downstairs is a separate living area with TV and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Open plan kitchen with dining table that seats up to 6. Dining area opens up into the lovely paved courtyard with outdoor setting.
Downstairs is a separate laundry with washing machine and another toilet.
Secure lock up garage available for one car and street parking available for an additional car
Very Close to the famous O'Connell Street- walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, cinemas and much more in minutes. 3 minutes into the main CBD.
Located near the Zoological Gardens, botanical Gardens, North TerraceTrundle Mall side of town. Public transport very close by.
