The Kitchen is very new and very big Ovens , microwave,Ice dispensary fridge freezer, dishwasher ...Cozy armchairs and sofa..dreamy pillows and beds . Great patio for your meals.Summer kitchen , smoke oven , All is there .. Take too long to list all.

Great gardens ...Great patio.

We Never had so many people rebooking that accommodation after staying there....

Views to die for ........

Location AMAZING ! Gorgeous house.Bed comfy! Love waking to the birds and have breakfast on the patio with the "feathered lodgers ( birds )"....

Pets under certain conditions .

Myself, my Husband and another couple stayed
for one night at the "Old Oakwood Cottage" for our joint Anniversaries.
We were so pleased to see that Denis had changed the bedroom configuration
to have 2 x QB's for us. The Cottage has so much charm and being right
on the Ocean was a delight. We had spent 2 days prior in Hobart and now
wish we had've spent the extra nights at the Cottage. My husband was amazed
with the fishing and said it's the best kept secret. We will surely be
back again, maybe bringing our own food next time as supplies are expensive
in Port Arthur, however this did not dampen on our stay. It was also a
relief that the Cottage had an air conditioner (we traveled on motorbikes
during the 40 deg + heatwave, and the Cottage was the ONLY accommodation
out of six different places we'd stayed that had air conditioning !!). Thanks
again Denis and we will definitely recommend you to others. 28 Jan 09
