This wild, unspoiled and virtually secret crescent shaped beach has been named as one of the most beautiful in Australia. Facing west you will experience stunning sunsets over Storm Bay with views all the way to BrunyIsland and the South West wilderness area and the Hartz Mountains.

Just 10 minutes from Port Arthur, Harpers on the Beach is the only boutique accommodation in Tasmania that can say that it is on the beach!

Dinner is served by arrangement and when possible is always based around local and organic produce. Either from our own gardens or Storm Bay where we catch salmon, flathead, trumpeter and the world famous Rock Lobster (crayfish). Tasmania is renowned for its high quality fruits, vegetables, meats, fish and cheeses. Wine and beer are served and the wine selection predominantly features award winning cool climate Tasmanian wines.

We strive to present an environment that is peaceful, relaxing and delivers the highest form of service while at the same time
creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere.
