Dec '02 purpose-built B&B & Art gallery/studio opposite Cromarty Bay treelined beachfront reserve, at Soldiers Point, Port Stephens...the "quiet" part of the 'Bay'...Australia's blue-water wonderland & dolphin/whalewatch capital, all just a 2.5 hour easy drive north of Sydney NSW...

Refurbished Dec' 11 Bayviews is consistently ranked in the regions "Top 10 B&Bs" and continues to offer accommodation for up to 4 guests, with two queensize bedrooms and two bathrooms...all with polished timber floors and fans throughout a smoke-free interior....set-out in tropical landscaped surroundings, and just minutes to all the regions attractions, shops & amenities...

Bayviews still accepts one night bookings, (without a two night penalty). so our tariff of $90 per room per night, including continental breakfasts and secure parking, remains the same great value as per our Dec '02 opening...

For all you golfers,Bayviews is just a par 9 to "Horizons" the former Ladies NSW Open Golf Championship course... enjoy sunset restaurant dining just down the road at Soldiers Point Marina...You can fish/beachcombe Cromarty Bay beach (just across the road. Walk to nearby Soldiers Pt Bowling Club or numerous sunbathing/swimming beaches...Nelson Bay is 10 minutes by car and the major shopping centre at Salamander is even less...

From Sydney, stay on F3 freeway to very end & follow signs "North Coast" for Taree... Turn left over Hexham Bridge and continue through Heatherbrae..&
pick up new freeway link north...
Take freeway exit north of Raymond Terrace (Richardson Road) and follow roundabout signs for Nelson Bay. At roundabout end of Richardson Rd (Mobil s/s on left) turn left into Nelson Bay Road and follow roundabouts. Turn left at roundabout sign for Soldiers Point (Port Stephens Dr)Turn left at next roundabout sign for Soldiers Point (Soldiers Pt. Rd) and drive through Salamander Bay shops....
Pass village road sign entering Soldiers Point and immediately turn next left into Bagnall Ave. Take second
left into Upton St. At bottom of Upton St. turn left into No. 85 Cromarty Bay Road...(right next to first street lamp-post)
