There are 2 main bedrooms and a third room with lounge & bunk bed, toys and extra tv with dvd for the kids. This room also has it's own a/c. The leather lounge and large tv with dvd in the living room is great for lazy days. The rear yard is fully fenced so pets are welcome outside only. There is a roofed pergola to provide shelter from rain and wind. Also available is a shed for your boat etc. A portable cot & high chair is there for your use as well.
LocalityPort Clinton is on York Peninsula approx 1 hour from Adelaide. It has a public pool ( open in summer ), General Store and Playground all within short walking distance from the house. There is also a Community Club which serves meals on Friday & Saturday nights. It is a great base for exloring the rest of the peninsula. The beach is great for kids & also for crabbing in the warmer months. Ardrossan & Price are a short drive away & have a boat ramp for launching your boat or Jetties for throwing in a line.
