Rolling lawns to the water's edge make this a fantastic property for relaxation. Swim in the river during summer and ski the slopes in winter, Alpine Park Riverside Cottages has it all. Swings and plenty of lawned play areas for the kids or experience the privacy the waterside studios afford. Cottage blocks set well apart by lush gardens separate the different accommodation styles.
Cycle the Murray to Mountain Rail Trail and see this wonderful district of ours.
Plenty to do for young and old, walk to the winery over the road, sample some of the fruits of their labour. Take a 5 Star guided tour of the nearby mountains and be amazed with Mother Nature. See the regenerated forests come alive or be gob smacked at the devastation the 2003 bush fires caused.
New ownership by Take-A-Break awarding winning owners has seen the upgrade of this outstanding facility providing new flat screen TV's & new DVD players & furniture amongst other numerous improvements.
The BBQ's are set in the lush garden surrounds with ample seating scattered throughout the property afford a few of the niceties of life.
The only property in the Highland District that offers absolute waterfrontage makes Alpine Park Riverside Cottages a place where people keep coming back and back, just to experience the magic. Some families have now been regular guests for almost 20 years, now that's saying something.

Only 3 hours drive from Melbourne make it an ideal location for those special weekends. Be it anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoons, engagement surprises, and yes weddings are held in our lush surrounds. Get married in the Gazebo, book the whole place for your party, we can sleep 37 persons.
Nearby restaurants, too numerous, to mention will tantalise your taste buds. All these ingredients will have you coming back time after time.

"Great accommodation amongst picturesque gardens"
Cottages s/contained sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms. They are spacious & comfortable and are fully self-contained as they also include a laundry and full kitchen facilities. Surrounded by beautiful European & Native Gardens. Private river frontage onto the Ovens River, is just beautiful, especially in the warmer months as the river's depth is sufficient for swimming. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alpine Park Cottages & would definitely stay there again.

Located on the Great Alpine Road, this property on the banks of the Ovens River has it all. Close to Mt Buffalo and only 8kms from the picturesque township of Bright.
