Sir Lunchalot's Villa is located within a famous golf resort in Pokolbin - 2 hours drive from Sydney. It is centrally located to numerous well known wineries, restaurants, cafes, galleries, all major wedding and concert venues. There is a bus service provided from the resort to most concert venues in the area.

The villa comprises 2 king size bedrooms each with its own large ensuite, one with a bath. There is a separate powder room downstairs. Also downstairs there is a spacious and comfortable lounge area and dining area leading onto a large balcony with views over the 10th fairway. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Locality

The Hunter Valley is one of the most unique vineyard areas on the world. It is the oldest wine growing area in Australia. Only a couple of hours drive from Sydney and an hour from Newcastle airport.
