Cottage, Bed & Breakfast

The cosy two bedroom cottages designed for maximum privacy in a relaxed picturesque rural setting, is fully self contained and tastefully furnished to comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people.
Each cottage features:
- reverse cycle airconditioning
- colour TV, CD/DVD player
- open verandah and outdoor setting
- a kitchenette complete with an oven and microwave and enough utensils to prepare a meal if you don't feel like venturing out
- tea and coffee making facilities
- continental breakfast provisions in cottage
- complimentary cheese and biscuits on arrival
- bedtime chocolates
- BBQ facilities
- iron and ironing board
- hair dryer
- all linen supplied

The Studio Rooms with your own ensuite and entrance are just as cosy. You enjoy all the features of the cottages except for the kitchenette.

For group bookings there is also a common lounge/dining room available where you can come together to dine or have a chat or a drink together.

Ideally located in the famous Pokolbin wine region, we are in close proximity to the many boutique wineries - such as Bimbadgen Estate (home to the famous 'Day on the Green'), Rothvale, Misty Glen, Marsh Estate, Blueberry Hill, Tuscany Estate, The Hunter Resort (home of the Blue Tongue Brew), Keith Tulloch wines. Also in close proximity are the award winning restaurants such as Amanda's on the Edge, Esca at Bimbadgen, IIl Cacciatore, Casuarina, The Mill at Tuscany Estate and The Blue Tongue Cafe and San Martino Restaurant.
Other attractions such as golf (The Vintage), hot air ballooning, The Hunter Valley Gardens, craft and antiques shops, cheese and chocolate outlets are all just a stone's throw away.

Set on twenty seven acres looking out to the surrounding mountain ranges, vineyards and grazing grounds and where kangaroos freely graze, it is an ideal hideaway, a perfect place to stay, relax and enjoy the Wine Country.
