A great place to unwind from City stresses, sample the local wines, cheeses, boutique breweries, great restaurants and cafes, play a round or two of golf at the various courses, wander through the Hunter Valley Gardens, go for a bike ride, rejuvenate at a day spa, have a massage, see the area from a Hot Air Balloon or a joy flights, jump from a plane (then have another massage), visit galleries or just sit on the balcony and read a book until it is time to leave for that wonderful outdoor concert.

True 3 bedder with comparable living space - Upstairs bedrooms 1 and 2 have king beds whilst bedroom 3 has a king/split which enables 2 singles if requested. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have balconies looking North to the mountains. There is an ensuite and a bathroom. Downstairs is a large open area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, dining area and lounge. A large North facing deck opens off the living area where you can sit at the table admiring the view and tasting the local wines while your steak sizzles on the Webber. There is a guest toilet downstairs, a/c throughout and a gas fire in the lounge.

Inside the Villa is non smoking. We ask that if you smoke you do so on the balcony. Pets are not permitted.

Minimum stay is 2 nights and rates are based on 6 people - there is a sofa bed in the lounge if you require it and each extra person would be charged $50 per night.

Our Villa caters for three couples with three king size beds, ample living space for the six and it is surrounded by wonderful activities, whether it be a game of golf or a leisurely wine tour.

Art & Craft

Art and Craft experiences located nearby.

During the year many Artists have exhibitions at the Wineries but the art and craft shops are open all year round. Within their premises they have a wide variety of "things" to admire and maybe buy! Wandering around them and all the other types of shops in the Valley is a great way to spend a few hours and get that special treasure to take home. The Ogishi Glass Blowing is amazing as is the Woodwork Shop on Wine Country Drive.

Family Friendly

Portacot available, Plastic crockery and cutlery available for children, Fenced/safe outdoor play area, Babysitting services can be arranged.

Our balcony is safe for children. Nearby is the Hunter Valley Zoo, Mini Golf and Aqua Golf but in the Hunter Valley Gardens there is just THE best children's area where they can interact with nursery rhyme characters. Wonderful playground there too.

Golf

18-hole golf course on site, Golf course located nearby, Pro-shop onsite.

Golf courses within 10 kms - Cypress Lakes, The Vintage, Hunter Valley, Branxton, Singleton - and from March 2012, Stonebridge (previously the Oaks).

Hot Air Ballooning

Various companies operate within the Valley and the scenery is wonderful.

Minimum stay is 2 nights and rates are based on 6 people but there is a sofa bed in the lounge if you require it and each extra person would be charged $50 per night (not children under 5). Arrivals after 2pm and departures 11am (sometimes negotiable on booking).
