Holiday house

This spacious Esplanade home has 4 bedrooms, 2 living and relaxing areas, 2 general bathrooms and an ensuite with the master bedroom.

Upstairs, the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge is complete with a dishwasher, RC air-conditioning, large plasma, DVD player, library of DVDs, CD/iPod sound system. The large balcony is complete with sun shade blinds, outdoor setting and BBQ; the perfect combination to take advantage of the magnificent esplanade sea views.

Also upstairs is the main bedroom with en-suite and for added convenience a third toilet with vanity.

Downstairs comprises of three bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet and a large lounge area with a second TV, DVD player and Wii with games, air-conditioning and laundry.

Outside, the front of the home can accommodate at least three cars and the back yard is completely enclosed with room for boat and four cars.

About Pt Turton

Situated on the Southern end of Hardwicke Bay, Point Turton is often described as one of Australia's "best kept secrets" because of its stunning views and excellent fishing.

About 2 1/2 hours comfortable driving time from Adelaide, this peaceful seaside fishing village offers a wide choice of activities for the whole family. There is a well maintained boat ramp for the avid "boaty", a jetty which entices garfish, tommy ruff & squid for the jetty fishers, a swimming centre with pontoons & diving boards ('Vacswim" occurs here during January) a well stocked general store and bakery with fuel, ice, bait, take away foods, groceries. P.O. and EFTPOS facilities and miles of beaches and reefs for walking, shell collecting, diving & snorkeling. The bay is also ideal for windsurfing, sailing and of course, fishing.
Nearby towns of Warooka, Yorketown & Minlaton provide most other facilities that you may require, (banks, hardware stores, LPG, etc.)
