Perfect for a family beach holiday. Just a stroll to the front Beach, convenience store and promenade comprising 4 bedrooms (1Q,1D,1 Bunk,1 single). Fully appointed kitchen with all new appliances inc. microwave & european dishwasher and oven (gas cooktop/electric oven). The laundry has a washing machine. Two open plan living areas, family room with large windows to the back garden, equipped with a TV DVD/video, CD/stero. Ducted heating for the chilly nights and air conditioning for those hot days. Enormous backyard fully enclosed with gas BBQ and outdoor setting with umbrella.
