Roseneath is a new two bedroom, luxurious yet homely B&B nestled in the seaside hamlet of Point Lonsdale situated only a 1.5hr drive from Melbourne.

Escape the daily routine and relax and revive at Roseneath, promising luxurious Point Lonsdale accommodation in a stunning garden setting - ideal for couples or families on a weekend break or extended getaway.

The home offers two adjoining, private upstairs bedrooms overlooking the beautiful garden, a fully equipped kitchenette on the mezzanine level, two living areas (up and downstairs), a relaxing spa bath (conveniently located opposite the bedrooms), a cosy open fire- a perfect way to escape the winter chill, whilst enjoying a local wine, reading a book, playing games, or just relaxing and spending quality time with family and friends.

In Summer, take in the delights of your private garden by enjoying a chilled wine whilst preparing your BBQ after a sun-drenched day at one of the many nearby beaches.

Your accommodation in our home offers you complete privacy as we only accommodate one set of guests per stay.

Dog owners: Roseneath is a dog-friendly B&B with a fenced off garden area accessible from you private entrance.

Locality

Roseneath is a stone's throw from an array of sights and activities- only a 15 minutes stroll to the beaches, golfcourse, lighthouse, shops and eateries.

Why not go fishing, swim, snorkel, surf, explore the local wineries and galleries, play golf, tennis, horseride or walk the sand-dunes of the back surf beach.

Looking for something more, discover the near-by historical township of Queenscliff (where you can also catch a ferry to the ever-popular Sorrento), Diver Dan's 'Seachange' Barwon Heads, or Ocean Grove - a great family coastal town where you can experience your first surfing safari- thanks to the experts at 'Go Ride A Wave' Surf School.
