Holiday house

The house itself is fully furnished and consists of three bedrooms and sleeps 7 people..

The living area provides a combined kitchen and lounge room. The kitchen contains everything that you will need to cook at home, including all crockery and cutlery, and has a modern stove and fridge, whilst the lounge area has comfortable chairs, colour television, and DVD player. There is a clean modern bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine. Thermostatically controlled ducted heating and cooling keeps the temperature comfortable throughout.

Outside there is a fully decked area with table, chairs, gas barbeque and an umbrella. The yard is large with ample room for children to play and provides parking space for five vehicles.

You are minutes walk from two fantastic beaches one is protected and great for kids the other is open sea and has outstanding surf (Life Savers during summer).

In the area are some great wineries and historic Queenscliff is only minutes drive or a short trip on the bus.

Activities

Golf Courses: Minutes away from Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale, Ocean Grove, Portarlington, St. Leonnards and Barwon heads.

Boating: Queenscliff has charters for fishing and diving. The ferry to Sorento runs on the hour and makes a great day trip for the family (cheap).

Eating out: The area is fully of alfresco cafes and hotel's for fantastic food options.
