Holiday house

Bluecrest Cottage has been lovingly renovated by the owners and has a great relaxing feel. Set in a quiet street, it is about 10 minutes walk to the beach and promenade where you can walk to the shops and cafes, lighthouse and pier.
Featuring polished floorboards throughout, it is comfortable and easy to care for, with air-conditioning and a gas furnace for those chillier times!
The new under-cover deck and BBQ area is the perfect place for outdoor dining.
Great for a weekend getaway or your next family holiday. Widescreen digital TV with DVD player and books and games for all ages,.

All doonas and pillows are provided but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Locality

Point Lonsdale is a part of the Bellarine Peninsula and features a tranquil bay beach in addition to rugged coastline and surf beach around from the lighthouse and pier.
One of the smaller settlements in the area, it has not lost its 'village' feel although is only 10 minutes drive to large shopping centres at Ocean Grove and 5 km to Queenscliff. A bike track runs from Pt Lonsdale to Queenscliff and is easy riding or you could walk along the beach.
Attractions in the area include the new marina and observation tower at Queenscliff, fishing charters, dolphin watching trips, scuba diving and snorkelling, passenger and car ferry to Sorrento, The Bellarine Railway featuring visits from 'Thomas the Tank' and the 'Blues' train, the Marine Discovery Centre, Maritime Museum, wineries and many restaurants and shops.
