Located opposite the renowned Point Lonsdale Golf course, this property makes the ideal Golfers getaway for the weekend. If golf's not for you, the beach, main street with its boutique shops and sidewalk cafe's is less than 750m away.

The unit is fully self contained, accomodating up to 4 people. Over two bedrooms, there is one double bed and two singles. Features a private courtyard, car space for one and heating and cooling making it perfect for all year round.

Opposite renowned Lonsdale Golf course, making it the ideal golfers retreat. If Golf's not for you, walk an easy 750m to front and back beaches (Life guard patrolled beach, or the main street with its boutique shops and cafes.

The property is ideally situated for a day trip to Sorrento on the car ferry, and only a 30 minute drive from Geelong CBD.

Enjoy fish and chips on the beach or stroll along the pier and watch the ships as they pass through the heads.
