The Rosecliffe property is set on a hill top overlooking Pinbarren Valley out to the Coral Sea and surrounding mountains. It is a Land for Wildlife registred property and sits directly on 2km of the Noosa Trails System linking with over 250 kms of hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking trails. Wildlife abounds here. Rosecliffe is a working Arabian Horse stud with exports extending to the Middle East.

The cottage is has vaulted ceilings, paddle fans and tiled floors. It is airconditioned and furnished with Art Deco period furniture The kitchen is fully equipped including cappuchino maker, juicer and blender. The patio has a stainless steel hooded BBQ.

There is a 2 acre citrus orchard for you to take seasonal fruit.

Noosa Trail Network - your there - Tablelands Lookout 2 km hike continue into Mothar Mountain National Park.

Noosa North Shore for beach 4WD driving coloured sands, fishing, hiking and swimming - 25 mins

Pomona Village: Magestic Silent Movie Theatre, restaurants, pub, antique shops Sunday markets and King of the Mountain Festival - 10 mins.

Visitors are welcome to visit with the horses and foals. Stallions are not accessable though very friendly as they can nip.
