You are welcomed to your Holiday Home with a glass of WA wine or a hot cuppa. This fully airconditioned and well equipped home has a large open plan family/dining area.

Attention has been paid to detail and you really can move into this home and be at home!

We have tried to provide everything one could possibly need to make their holiday comfortable and hassel-free - we even provide the latest TV guide!

The property has a large outdoor area, bordered by brick fences covered with native wisteria and climbing roses - very pretty! - offering a safe and private environment in which children can play and adults can just relax and enjoy a barbeque.

Ample parking, including carport. The laundry is equipped with a large capacity automatic washing machine.

Locality

Victoria Park Hideaway is situated south of Perth City, just over the Causeway and the Swan River. We are a comfortable walk away from the "Vic Park Cuppucino Strip" which boasts a large variety of restaurants and hotels. We are a short drive (about 5 minutes) from the Burswood Casino and Curtin University. All the major shops are no more than a 5 minute drive away. We are very close to trains and buses - less than 10 minutes into Perth City.

Property

This beautifully presented home is situated on 500 sqm of land, surrounded by brick fences covered in native wisteria and climbing roses. A large lawned area is ideal for children and adults alike. There is a hidden courtyard garden off the main bedroom which offers an escape for the adults, or a quiet study area.

You will enjoy coming home to this restful retreat after a day of sightseeing (or a hard day at the office).

our adult retreat offers a quiet, secure property, relaxing gardens and close to public transport and shops. It also close to the local swimming pool complex and fully equipped gym - just a 5 minute walk away. The local hotel is also less than a 5 minute walk away.

Family Friendly

Portacot available, Plastic crockery and cutlery available for children, Games/videos for children under 5 available, Games/videos for children between 5 and 12 available, Games/videos for children over 12 available, Fenced/safe outdoor play area.

We provide a safe, secure property, with high fences and automatic gate. There is a large lawn area as well as plenty of room for littlies to play in the native garden. there is no swimming pool or swing set.

Golf

Golf course located nearby, Golf clubs available.

The Burswood golf course is either a 5 minute drive away, or take your clubs to the train station (2 minute walk away) and in less than 5 minutes you are at the Burswood complex. We can offer golf clubs and buggies to our guests.
