Five minutes on the freeway, or ten minutes on the ferry (the apartment is just a short stroll from the ferry station) will have you in the heart of the city. Or, you may just want to stay on the South Perth side of the river, mix it with the wildlife at the acclaimed Perth Zoo, walk or cycle along the many kilometres of pathways that wind along the riverfront, sample one of the many quality restaurants or cafes that lie within walking distance of your door, or just admire the Perth skyline from the southern foreshore.
