Golfview Apartment is a short stroll from the Claremont train station and about 15 minutes' drive from the centre of Perth.
Located in a well maintained complex the apartment has undercover parking, neat fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings.

Located a few hundred metres away is the local swimming pool, liquor store and deli.

Golfview is fantastic for the value conscious, people relocating, and the single executive here on business.
