It come with full kitchen for cooking requirement. Fully furnished. The property consists of 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms which can sleep up to 7 people. Living room come with reverse cycle air-conditioner and staircase have another air-conditioner for 2 bedrooms upstair. Close to Curtin University, Easy access to Albany Highway. Undercover garage with remote and BBQ provided.

WE DON'T RENT TO SCHOOL LEAVERS AND STRICTLY NO PARTY IS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE.
