The property is located 10km from Perth City. Only a few minutes drive to Carousel Shopping Centre. Easy access to main road and public transport. Fully furnished and with full kitchen. The property consists of 4 bedrooms which can sleep up to 12 persons and 2 bathrooms. Lounge room has reverse-cycle air conditioner. Close to Curtin University. Undercover parking and BBQ provided.

House is tidy & clean.
