Holiday apartment

Absolute river frontage, with uninterupted breathtaking views up and down the river. Veiws of Perth city skyline.

This apartment boasts all the qualities for modern living, while maintaining all the comforts of home. There are views from every room.
It has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen including a dishwasher. There is a laundry with washing and drying facilities, incl iron. There are 3 large bedrooms, two of them open onto balcony's with spectacular views. The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 luxury bathrooms.
The dining and lounge seamlessly open up onto a large balcony with river views.
Other features include TV, DVD, internet, security video intercom and 2 secure under cover parking bays.
The apartment complex has resort style facilities including pool, spa, sauna, gym, putting green, BBQ and pool table.

Walk, ride or drive to city. Extensive bike path at doorstep. Two minutes to Burswood Casino .On main bus route. Bike hire available. There are great restaurants nearby

This apartment will suit the holiday family or executive.
