Holiday apartment

Peregian Beach is only one minute drive or 5 minute flat walk. Patrolled beaches are also close. Great for surfing, bodyboarding, swimming. Noosa Main beach is 15 mins drive.

The flat has beautiful beach wood polished floors the kitchen has 400L fridge ,freezer, microwave oven, electric stove top, oven, benchtops are polsihed silkyoak. There is an outdoor balcony with tables and chairs.

Shower and seperate toilet, there is also an outside shower to wash off after the beach. parking is easy on the street.

Noosa heads is only a 15 minute drive by car or public transport. The local peregian shops are only a 3 minute drive away. They have much to offer with many clothing store, gourment resturants, jewellery shops and the world reknowned "baked poets cafe". Every second sunday the very popular Peregian markets are held followed by an afternoon of live music

Public buses run along the main road (only a 5 minute walk) every 30 minutes north to noosa heads or south to maroochydore which has the Sunshine Plaza filled with specialty shops (sportsgirl, myer etc)

Suits couple wishing to explore noosa beaches and hinterland. Peregian is a quiet suburb of the sunshine coast but close to beaches, Noosa hinterland, eumundi markets, Australia Zoo etc. Day trips to Fraser Island are also accessible

The flat is a fully self contained unit.It is new and fresh. Property manager lives on site but rarely home as works full time
