Choose from three uniquely designed houses and a spa villa all located at beautiful Peppermint Grove Beach, just 2 1/4 hours from Perth on Geographe Bay, half way between Bunbury and Busselton WA. Pets are welcome in all 3 houses. All are airconditioned and have heating. See more details below.

"HORIZONS" is a 4 bedroom 2 storey absolute oceanfront house 40 metres from the Beach with stunning views. A jacuzzi style outdoor spa is at this house.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite. One Bedroom has a queen bed and 2 bedrooms have 2 singles each. The house sleeps 8 persons in all. It is stylishly but comfortably furnished to a 4 star standard. This property has an on site caretaker.

"SANDUNES" is a 2 storey 4 bedroom architecturally designed house, set high on a dune with beautiful views. It has 2 bathrooms, the upstairs ensuite complete with spa in which you can sit and look out to sea. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, and the others have singles. It sleeps up to 9. It has great potbelly for winter warmth.

"THE RETREAT" is a 2 bedroom villa with one common soundproofed wall in common with Sandunes. It sleeps up to 4 persons and is very cosy. Like Sandunes it also has a spa and pot belly.

These two can be opened up together to create a 6 Bedroom 3 bathroom house for up to 14 persons we call REUNION for big family groups.

Pet Conditions: Pets are allowed in the houses but not in the bedrooms which are carpeted nd not on the furniture. Each house has an enclosed yard.

Arriving to find the delicious loaf of bread on the counter was fantastic. It made us feel very welcome -it tasted heavenly - Claire Commenting on arriving at Sandunes.

Locality

All properties are just a 3 minute walk to the beach which is safe for swimming, a great place to see our local dolphins, and a perfect location for romantic beach strolls. Fishing and boating are also possible. We are just down the road from Capel Vale Winery which is a great spot for a delicious lunch. Nearby are national Tuart forests. We are 20 mins north of Busselton and 25 mins south of Bunbury.

Pets are welcome at Peppermint Tree Lodge Properties. Our standard charge for this is $15.00 per animal per night which will be already included in your tariff.

You may also be interested to note that the beach below the house is a dog beach.

Your pets (a maximum of 2 please) are permitted indoors on the tiled living areas but not on the carpeted areas (bedrooms) or the furniture whilst you are in residence. Pets are not to be left unattended in the house. Please also ensure that all evidence of your pets stay is removed from the grounds of the property (dog bones, faeces etc.) and disposed of thoughtfully in the exterior green rubbish bin for removal. If this is not done a charge of $35.00 per hour or part thereof will be charged for this service.

Each house (except Horizons) has a fenced area where animals may be left outside at your own responsibility. These areas are not dog proof compounds but have fences about 1200mm high, more to psychologically define an area for your pet rather than to comprehensively restrain it. No responsibility is taken by us for the care or restraint of your pet and we ask you to take them with you if you go out.

As a mark of your commitment, we ask that you complete a dog bond when you book. This bond is for the provision for any exceptional cleaning beyond our standard 4 hour clean should it be deemed necessary by our staff. Additional cleaning will be charged at $35.00 per hour. The bond is also for the provision of any damage to the house or grounds that is beyond the normal wear and tear that may be expected as a result of normal human habitation.
