Holiday house

Peppermint house is an attractive home on a quiet road, fully self-contained and can sleep up to 12 people at owners discretion. 5 Bedroom plus 2 bathrooms and Spa will suit the most discerning taste.

It is situated opposite a pathway which leads to the beautiful unspoilt sands of Peppermint Grove Beach.

This relaxing luxury home is great for families, couples, friends or an indulgent getaway for one. It has a gourmet kitchen with top quality appliances including a coffee machine. There are 2 well separated living areas each with Television, DVD and Video. The second living area also has an X-Box installed that will entertain the kids for hours while you enjoy a wine or beer with your friends.

The Kitchen and main living area face the Ocean and are fronted with an outside entertaining area which looks out to the ocean. At the rear of the house there is another outdoor entertaining area which is larger and equipped with a barbecue (including wok burner)and outdoor setting.

We have stayed at Peppermint House on several occasions and it is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We have such busy lives but within an hour, we had relaxed and were totally at ease in this luxurious house that has it all.

Attractions

Peppermint Grove Beach is a relatively undiscovered paradise. Surrounded by the Capel River to the North; a Bird Sancturary to the South; the Ludlow Tuart Forest to the East and the unspoilt sands of Peppermint Grove Beach to the West. It is the perfect holiday destination to relax.

A snapshot of activities for holiday makers to indulge in are : snorkelling, fishing, crabbing, swimming, diving, four wheel driving, canoeing, tennis, mini-golf, bush / beach walking, bird watching the list goes on and on. There are two local wineries to visit (Capelvale and Killerby) and many other tourist attractions close by within a short drive of Peppermint Grove Beach.

Property

The property is an easy 2 hours and 20 minutes drive from Perth. Located within meters of the beautiful Geographe Bay. Peppermint Grove beach is just 20 minutes from Busselton and Dunsborough but it still totally unspoilt so that you can get away from everyone here and yet still be part of the action if you need to.

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted outside only, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided, Bedding/sleeping area provided.

Pets are welcome at Peppermint House as outside guests only. Pets are not permitted in the house unless by prior arrangement with owner. The beach opposite the house is an off lead area for dogs. You can walk for miles with your dog off lead or simply sit and look at the beautiful vista.
