Holiday house

This is the original trendy beach house. 2 story 4 bed 1 bath (+ outdoorshower) sleeps 12.

Kitchen fully equiped with mod cons. Living is upstairs TV DVD VIDEO & Surround Sound will blow you away. The feature is the Stunning Jarrah pole balcony, market umbrella, deck chairs BBQ sitting up in the peppermint trees looking out over wetlands & tuart forrest.Washed down with a beer or wine, this is living.

This house sits on manacured lawns and tastefull landsaping surrounded by peppy trees where the family and birdlife can frolic. The woodfire BBQ makes it hard to beat.

If we can drag you away from the house a 100m stroll is involved to the spectacular geographe bay beach all to enjoy on your own.

Locality

The great attraction is that you are 'away from it all 'but miniutes from the action.Be it Margret river, Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup its all on your door step. Wineries,surfing,fishing,shoppings Its got it all.

And if you dont want to leave your door step you have , Capel Vale & Killerbies Wineries, Capel tavern (hm of Melbourne cup winner Rogan Josh)
Fishing,swimming, surfing, kiting,crabing, snokeling,diving, golf, tennis, mini golf,FWD,bird watching,trecking and the list goes on.
